Body languageOverview Workshops
Body language is a form of mental and physical ability of human non-verbal communication, which consists of body posture, gestures, facial expressions, and eye movements. Humans send and interpret such signals almost entirely subconsciously.
One famous research interpreted by psychologist and university professor Albert Mehrabian(1960s work )stated that human communication consisted of 7 % the actual words we use, 55 % our body posture and 38% the tonality ( voice tone ). No wonder why most of the population are more prone to be ‘’ visual ‘’ types.
People who show their body language to you can reveal their feelings and meanings.
Body language has helped in so many areas from business transactions , forensics to field of psychiatry .
